"The message I want to get across in my work is that living a healthy life is fun and empowering. You don’t have to flagellate yourself or labor away till you are dripping with perspiration. Nor is a healthy lifestyle time-consuming or expensive. Integrating small changes in daily routines have a much longer term effect than one-time bursts of activity."
