Health promotion and prevention are our central concerns. That is why we promote projects, develop activities and campaigns and act as a catalyst to set up collaborations. The purpose of all these efforts is to make healthy life styles and healthy life settings available to as many people in Austria as possible. We use the term “healthy” in a holistic sense. We are pleased to be able to present this Internet site to you. It describes the goals, responsibilities and offerings of Fonds Gesundes Österreich (FGÖ), a business unit of Gesundheit Österreich GmbH, and the principles guiding its work. The site also provides extensive information on health promotion, prevention, and self-help initiatives.
